If the customer wishes to modify or cancel an order, it will be possible within the first 24 hours by contacting hola@marsella68.store. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, it can no longer be canceled and the return process must be followed.

M68 accepts exchanges and returns within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, our goal is to process refunds within 5 to 7 business days. In some cases, refund processing may take up to 30 days, in accordance with federal law.

Final Sale Items: All discounted items during a sale period are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Purchases with Discount Codes: Items purchased with discount codes (e.g., 10% off when subscribing to our website) can be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it or refund you at no additional cost.

M68 requires 2-3 business days to process an order. We offer standard shipping for orders within the US, which typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
